According to law no vessel can enter Italian waters carrying firearms without appropriate authorization. To avoid confiscation, prosecution or steep fines, please contact our head office staff at least 15 days before entry. This is the case even if your yacht is carrying only one sporting gun. Before even entering the Italian waters, you must obtain a permit from the Italian authorities. To avoid confiscation, please let us know well in advance and we will handle all of the paperwork and formalities.
